The hotel has an award winning restaurant, De Mondion, with its unique fine dining offering Mediterranean specialities. The ‘Mdinas Bastion’ is another ‘a la carte’ restaurant offering Mediterranean and local cuisine, the ‘Trattoria AD 1530’ is the ideal place for a relaxing dining Al-Fresco. The hotel is proud of its freshly made dishes and its unique modern Mediterranean cuisine. All the restaurants include a bar where you can enjoy cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee and tea.
