The 3 star Sunflower Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the picturesque Qawra and Bugibba promenade in the northern part of Malta. The hotel is situated in a residential location, just off the main road and within walking distance of the centre of Bugibba which has a casino, cinema, shops, restaurants, bars and easy access to bus routes.

The hotel itself is tastefully designed and finished and features 108 guestrooms spread across six floors. The attractive roof top swimming pool and terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and there is a separate children’s paddling pool and a pool bar for refreshments. The rooftop pool and bar are only open during the summer months – in the winter there is a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi. All year round guests can enjoy massage and beauty treatments which can be arranged with appointment. A separate restaurant opens for buffet style breakfast and dinner and there is a cosy bar which opens 24 hours a day, seven days a week serving drinks and light snacks with the added benefit of internet facilities.

Bugibba in a popular area to stay in when holidaying in Malta, halfway between the old village of St Paul’s Bay and Salina Bay (so called as for many years it was used to produce sea salt). The rocky beach offers plenty of activities for water sports enthusiasts and the resort itself has many bars, restaurants and shops for those wanting a more leisurely holiday.

There is a roof top outdoor swimming pool with a separate children`s pool surrounded by a sun terrace (closed in winter). There is also an indoor swimming pool (closed in August and heated in winter) and a hydrotherapy pool.

There is a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner buffet style, a swim up bar (closed in winter) and lounge bar, both of which serve a variety of snacks including barbeque style lunches.
