The Hilton has two outdoor swimming pools, one children's paddling pool and an indoor pool.

Eating and drinking

There are numerous options for wining and dining onsite at the Hilton Malta. Oceana is the hotels main restaurant which serves the signature Hilton breakfast and a sumptuous Mediterranean buffet in the evening. Bottega del Vino is a gourmet restaurant with simple yet delicious cuisine like grills, pasta, pizza and salads, prepared with the freshest of ingredients in a traditional style. The Blue Elephant Restaurant allows you to experience a little of Thailand. The restaurant is themed on the setting of a traditional Thai village, with lush greenery and a fast flowing stream. Fresh, healthy and finely spiced flavours are created by the master Thai chef, and it opens for dinner all week. The Gazebo Restaurant allows you to relax and dine al fresco in 5 star comfort under the stars within the olive grove while enjoying a delicious feast of Mediterranean cuisine. The Gazebo opens for lunch and dinner between July and September (weather permitting). The Quarterdeck Cocktail and Wine Bar has a new extended open terrace overlooking Portomaso Marina and offers a large selection of cocktails, international wines by the glass and live piano entertainment. You can stop for a light snack, specialty tea or coffee at the Vista Lobby Lounge and the main pool bar, Aqua, also offers a range of snacks and beverages to be enjoyed whilst lounging around the Hilton’s main pool areas. The pool bar opens usually from May to October. Finally, at the Hilton’s private beach club, the Merkanti Beach Bar and Restaurant, snacks and drinks are available throughout the day. Obviously, 24 hour room service goes without saying!
