- Alternatively, you could visit the Mission de Guadalupe. The oldest standing building in Ciudad Juarez, this was built in the 17th century, and is often used by the Catholic Church.
- Mexico should be grateful that then-President of the United States, John F Kennedy, returned Parque Chamizal to Mexico in the early 1960s; this green space is resplendent with jogging trails, swings and recreational areas.
