Mexico is an increasingly popular tourist destination, and Cancun is one of the main reasons why. A holiday in Cancun puts you right in the heart of Mexican culture, while offering you fantastic beaches, weather and loads of things to do too. The Caribbean Sea invites you to bask in its pristine waters, view its array of incredible marine life, or get active with some thrill-seeking watersports. Whatever pace of holiday you require, Cancun could be the destination for you.
If you’re a lover of culture, don’t miss the Mayan ruins all along the coast, and for nature lovers, visit Xcaret, an eco-centre with beautiful attractions such as underground rivers, biodomes, the orchid glasshouse and butterfly pavilion, and the chance to swim with dolphins!
Holidays to Caribbean Coast wouldn’t be the same without trying the country’s stunning cuisine. The resorts endeavour to suit all tastes, so you’ll find a great range from traditional European dining to local specialities, but the seafood here is extraordinary, so do give it a try. And for nightlife, you’ll find Cancun amazing if you want to party all night, but the beach bars at the smaller resorts can be magical with the Caribbean Sea lapping on the shore. Whatever you enjoy, your holidays to the Caribbean Coast of Mexico have what you want!
