The hotel has a selection of 2 and 3 storey villas, built using a combination of Spanish and Mexican colonial architecture. The villas are connected to the main building with a mix of waterfalls, fountains and winding rivers. There is a nearby golf course and motorised water sports at extra charge. Playa del Carmen provides the evening entertainment away from the hotel with plenty of lively bars and a laid back atmosphere.
