Overview

The 8 rooms and 2 suites are spread over 3 floors and open onto a pleasant patio. This family-friendly guest house was renovated in 2008 and offers a lobby area with 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a bar and restaurant. Room and laundry services are provided and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park. Guests may also take advantage of the public Internet access.

Location

This traditional house is located in the heart of Marrakech, within a stone's throw of Djemaa el Fna Square and Koutoubia Mosque (with its famous minaret). A range of restaurants, bars and nightspots can be found in Gueliz district, just 1 km away, and shopping venues and links to the public transport are just a short walk away at Djemaa el Fna Square. The bus station is 1.5 km from the hotel, Guilez train station is 2 km away and Menara International Airport is 3 km away.

Rooms

All the rooms have en-suite facilities (shower) and have been designed to offer comfort and well-being in a typically Southern Morrocan style. Enjoy a breathtaking view over Marrakech skyline from the two gorgeous terraces. There are 3 types of rooms, and all of them have individually regulated heating and air conditioning or a fan, bathroom amenities, toilet, hairdryer and bathrobe. A double or king-size bed also features in all rooms as standard.

The Amelkis golf course is just 1 km from the hotel. Guests may also relax in the sauna or with a spa or massage treatment.

Meals

The restaurants of the riad welcome guests to sample the best of traditional Moroccan gastronomy and other specialities, as well as small Italian dishes. Food lovers can learn the secrets of the recipes with cooking lessons using fresh and bio products (vegetables, meat, beldi chickens, rabbits) from the riad's farm, 10 km from Marrakech, which guests can also visit. Lunch and dinner can both be selected from à la carte or set menus, while a continental breakfast is also served.
