Overview
Built in 1990 and renovated in 2004, the hotel complex has apartment buildings, each with 4 floors without a lift. The facilities include a 16-hour reception desk with a comfortable area, a hire safe, telephone, satellite TV, individual heating and kitchenette. The hotel also offers guests a coffee shop, restaurant and bar. In addition, the hotel features Internet access and laundry service.
Location
It is situated in the quiet area of Alporchinhos, just 350 m from the picturesque beach of Nossa Senhora da Rocha and 2.5 km from the famous beach of Armação de Pêra. Public transport links are 300 m away, it is 700 m to the nearest supermarket and the nearest restaurants, bars and pubs are 2.5 km away. It is 50 km to the airport of Faro.
Rooms
All apartments have kitchenette, fridge, individual heating, a rental safe and direct telephone. The studios (T0) have only a living room/sleeping room together with sofa bed, with all of them being situated on the ground-floor. The one-bedroom apartments (T1) have a sleeping room with 2 single beds plus sofa bed in the living room. The two bedroom apartments (T2) have two sleeping rooms with two single beds in each one plus a sofa bed in the living room. The apartments have no air conditioning, lifts or double beds.
Sport
An outdoor swimming pool for adults and children is available for guests' use. The pool bar is open from June until September. Sun loungers and parasols are available in summer (June to September). Snooker is also offered (for an additional charge). In addition, it offers a seasonal entertainment programme.
Meals
In the hotel's restaurant guests can choose from either hot or cold food, and if they prefer, they can use the take-away service. Continental breakfast comes in buffet form, as do lunch and dinner.

The hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard and VISA.
Notes
It provides a reception service from 8:00 am until midnight (16 hours), with cleaning 4 times a week, and a change of towels and linen once a week. Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is up until 11 am. Pets are not allowed.
