Carvi Beach Hotel

Overview

The hotel was originally built in 1968 and in 1993 underwent major renovation with the addition of 60 rooms. The hotel has undergone further renovation of the exterior façade as well as of the rooms' interiors. The hotel currently has a total of 103 rooms. The lobby area offers wireless, public internet access, as well as a 24-hour reception. In addition, the hotel has a bar, a breakfast room, TV room and games room. Guests arriving by car may make use of the car park and car and bicycle hire is also offered.

Location

The hotel is located in the charming city of Lagos and is just a two-minute walk from the Dona Ana beach. The picturesque town centre, with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants, is only a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There is a local bus stop just a few steps away from the hotel and a bus terminal in the centre of town which offers daily connections to Faro airport as well as Lisbon and other cities in Portugal.

Rooms

All rooms include a bathroom and terrace. In addition, they are also equipped with a telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating and safety box (subject to a charge).

Sport

In-house facilities include a swimming pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols and a snack bar. The hotel also offers its own gym for guests' use and the opportunity to unwind with a massage. Further sports facilities include table tennis (free) and billiards (for an additional fee). The entertainment programme rounds off the activities on offer.
