Beaches in Portimao
As Portimao is located on the river mouth, the nearest beach is the famous Praia da Rocha or Praia de Vau, which are superb stretches of sandy beaches with active nightlife in the resorts. Praia dos Tres Irmaos is about 5 km from Portimao and is another lovely beach.
