The complex was built in 1988 and renovated in 2004. It consists of a main building and an annexe block each with 7 floors and a total of 157 apartments. The complex also has a large garden. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and lifts. In addition the hotel possesses its own games room, a TV room, a bicycle storage facility and bicycle hire as well as car parking facilities.

Location

This apartment complex is located in the leisure area of Portimaos, just a few minutes from the beach which is separated from the hotel by a road. Scores of shops and other entertainment venues as well as public transport connections are approximately a kilometre away. It is 3 km to the nearest golf course.
