Overview

This upmarket holiday complex was completely renovated in 2003 and comprises 22 accommodation units spread over 2 floors. There is a cloakroom and safe available at the reception as well as a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a TV room, a lounge, a conference room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. For younger visitors, there is a kids' club and a playground and a public Internet terminal, bicycle hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service are also on offer. Car parking and garage facilities are to be found outside.

Location

This sprawling resort has a wonderful location in the peaceful surrounds of a 20-hectare site that features the Vale do Garrão pine forests and that is between the luxury settlements of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. It is just a few minutes walk to the Algarve's most famous beaches (approximately 800 m to Garrão and 1 km to Ancão). The nearby town of Almacil offers access to many shopping and entertainment venues and lies just 5 km from the resort. This holiday complex comes highly recommended to golf enthusiasts as several of the Algarve's most famous courses lie within a 3 km radius (Vale do Lobo Ocean, Vale do Lobo Royal, Quinta do Lago, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos). The airport is about 20 km away.

Sport

There is a seawater pool as well as a freshwater swimming pool to be found in the garden area. A sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers can be taken advantage of and it is possible to relax in the sauna, steam baths or Jacuzzi as well as make use of the massage service. Sports enthusiasts may pay a visit to the gym. Close to the holiday complex are tennis courts, archery, horse riding and road and mountain biking. The nearest golf course is about 3 km away and a seasonal entertainment programme is on offer to guests.

Meals

Guests may select their breakfast and evening meals from ample buffets; lunch and dinner may also be taken à la carte; the evening meal may also be chosen from a menu. Furthermore, special dietary requirements as well as individual-specific dishes may be catered for.
