The restaurant has its origins in the popular American tradition where diners can select their cut of top-quality beef on display in the restaurant and specializes in top quality South African beef complimented by an impressive selection of local and imported wines. The restaurant opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the extensive a la carte menu also offer a wide variety of other dishes.
