Built in 1917, this magnificent palatial building is situated on a hill that dominates the bay of Santander and is surrounded by its own park. It is in the city?s most select and quietest residential area, between the centre and El Sardinero. It is just a few minutes from the beaches and the casino, as well as being near to the Magdalena Palace and the festival, congress and exhibition halls.
