Overview

The apartment complex, with its simple and cosy atmosphere, offers 3 buildings with 2 floors each with a total of 18 one-bedroom apartments. There is a garage space for each apartment. In the resort there is a caretaker for key collection and security.

Location

Situated in a quiet area of Albir (Alfaz del Pi), the hotel is a 20-minute walk (1,500 m), from the beach and 1,000 m away from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. In front of the establishment guests will find public transport. The nearest golf course is 7 km away and the hotel is 10 minutes by car from Benidorm.

Room

Some of the one-bedroom apartments, all with a terrace, come with double beds and others with 2 twin beds (subject to availability and on request). They have a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, dining-living room with a sofa bed and TV, individual air conditioning and heating, a kitchenette equipped with vitroceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot and utensils, iron and board (local charge). The ground floor apartments have a terrace and garden with direct access to the swimming pool area (subject to availability and on request).

Sport

The resort has an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children's area, and a terrace with sun loungers, all surrounded by a garden.

Notes

Guests are advised to call in advance to inform the establishment of their arrival time when they expect to collect the keys for the apartments. Upon arrival a refundable breakage deposit will be required as guarantee for the proper use of the facilities.
