Overview

Renovated in 2008, the apartment hotel comprises 20 apartments in 3 buildings, all of which look out onto the lovely garden and swimming pool. The gardens feature lawns, fruit trees and a fishpond. At the apartment hotel there are also facilities for barbeques, as well as a guest TV lounge with fireplace and terrace ideal for social gatherings. The establishment has WLAN Internet access. Staff and security are on site 24 hours a day.

Location

Located in Alfaz del Pi, 2 km from the wonderful village of Altea and 5 km from Benidorm, the property is ideal for a relaxing holiday, with most facilities located nearby. From the apartments, guests have access to beautiful coastal paths at a distance of 250 m. The centre of Albir and the beach is within a 500-metre walk. The bus station is around 400 m away and the train station about 1.5 km. A bar, cafeteria and a spa centre are just outside the property. El Altet Airport is located roughly 67 km away, Mucia-San Javier Airport some 133 km and Valencia Airport approximately 151 km.

Rooms

The apartments are cosy and well equipped. Accommodation in each apartment includes bedroom with double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, bath and hairdryer, living room with open plan kitchen and 2 balconies or a terrace. The apartments have individually regulated air conditioning and heating, TV and wifi Internet access. The kitchen/kitchenettes are equipped with mini fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. A washing machine and ironing set are also provided.

Sport

There is an outdoor swimming pool, and sun loungers and parasols have been laid out on the sun terraces ready for use. Guests may join in on a range of water sport facilities, including jet skiing, diving, windsurfing, motor boating, sailing, catamaran boating and pedal boating. Other sport facilities include aerobics, badminton, squash, paddle tennis, tennis, table tennis, pool/snooker, volleyball and beach volleyball. Furthermore, bocce, bowling, minigolf and golf are available. Fees apply to all of these sport facilities. Entertainment programmes are provided for children and adults (fees apply). Sun loungers and parasols can be hired on the nearby beach.
