This building was constructed in 1982. Apartments have a reception desk at the Hipocampos building which is open from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 4.30 pm to 8.30 pm (out of these time keys must be collected at the Turmalina Apartments). The hotel provides a swimming pool area, gardens, a tennis court (extra service fee applies), car park and garage facilities (extra service fee applies).

The Aguamarina is a Tourist hotel. Located in City Centre area. and the nightlife/restaurants are located in the hotel.
