The 2-star Aquarium II apartment complex is 35 miles from Alicante airport, ideal for those travelling with children, as transfer times are just 40-minutes to Benidorm. Aquarium II Apartments have 176 apartments and studios spread across 22 floors, all with a balcony/terrace, satellite TV, kitchenette and safe. Other facilities at the Aquarium II Apartments in Costa Blanca include an outdoor swimming pool with separate children’s section, a large sun terrace, tennis court and disabled access.

All have - terrace - bathroom/shower - WC - satellite TV - kitchenette - fridge/freezer - safe - (certain amenities may be payable locally)

Please note: Key collection is at the NUEVHOGAR office (C/ JUAN FUSTER ZARAGOZA,3. Edif. AQUARIUM II) From 09:30AM to 07:30PM from Monday to Friday. From 09:00AM to 02:00PM on Saturdays. Sundays closed.

Out of office hours, key collection will be at the EVAMAR APTS.

Upon collection of the keys, clients must pay a deposit of 200 Euros. This deposit will be reimbursed on the day of departure once the room has been checked for any damage. Should damage occur in the apartment, the full amount must be paid, using the deposit. If the expenses incurred are greater than the deposit paid the difference will be charged to the client´s credit card or bank account supplied by them.

Should the client depart before 09:30h, Sunday or Bank Holiday, the deposit will be refunded by postal order or transferred to their bank account.

The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damage due to misuse of the apartment, such as fire, flood.

If for any reason, the contracted apartment cannot be occupied, it is the company´s responsibility to reallocate the client in a building with similar or superior characteristics.

The apartments can be occupied as from 17h. by default. This time could be brought forward, should the previous departure allow. Luggage can be left at the Nuevhogar Offices. Apartments must be vacated by 10am on the last day.
