The Don Gregorio Apartments are located in the Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm, which means they are within walking distance from the popular Levante Beach and even closer to the resort centre where you can many shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. You will also find there is plenty to do not far from the apartments with water sports at the beach, as well as golf courses near by and not forgetting the popular family attractions like Terra Mitica and Aqualandia.

These spacious 2-star apartments recently received a renovation in 2002 to ensure that all its facilities are kept to a modern standard, providing affordable self-catering accommodation with its 28 one-bedroom apartments and all the essential facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. While staying at the Don Gregorio Apartments guests can relax by the outdoor pool, whether you need to cool off or are looking to improve your tan on the terrace solarium the apartments provide a quieter alternative to the nearby beaches. There is also limited parking available onsite and for any additional assistance the reception desk is open during the day.

NOTE: The apartments are located on a steep hill therefore may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties

Swimming pools

There is an outdoor swimming pool at the apartments, which also features a terrace with loungers and parasols providing a great way to make the most of the sun during your stay.

Eating and drinking

During the peak season there is a snack/pool bar open, where you can purchase a range of drinks, snacks and refreshments to help keep you going. For a delicious meal out you only have to walk a couple of minutes into the resort centre to find many restaurants and bars.

Accommodation

The 28 one-bedroom apartments are suitable for up 4 people and offer plenty of space with a separate bedroom, living area with sofa bed, bathroom and a kitchenette for simple self-catering. Each room comes with all the essential amenities you need for a comfortable stay including: mini-bar/fridge, safe deposit box (local charge), balcony, microwave, toaster, ironing board, heating, satellite TV (local charge).

Please note: A breakage deposit of 250 euros must be paid upon arrival to the hotel. This will be refunded at the end of your stay upon satisfactory condition of the room.

Key collection at the apartments from 09:00AM to 01:00PM and from 04:00PM to 08.00PM. Out of these hours, key collection will be at the Buenavista apts • C/ Ciudad Real, 3
