The Loixmar Apartments are in the Rincon de Loix area of central Benidorm, only a few minutes from the Levante beach and the resort centre, with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Please note: Key collection at the FOLIES VACANCES office (AVDA.AMETLLA DEL MAR, EDIF. LOIXMAR, LOCAL 7 BENIDORM) From 9AM-1:30PM & 4:30 PM-8PM. For arrivals outside of these hours there will be a note on the door of the same office with the key collection point.
Guests must leave a returnable deposit for the keys upon collection of 100 euros for a one bedroom apartments and 150 euros for a two bedroom apartment.
There are no eating or drinking facilities although there are several restaurants and bars nearby.
