The complex consists of 28 one-bedroom apartments spread over 8 floors, which are all easily accessed by elevator, providing plenty of space and comfort for couples and families looking to enjoy a stay in the city. Guests at the Marc Apartments will also find there are some great ways to relax after a busy day out exploring all there is to see or just on a day off, with the large outdoor pool area providing a great way to cool off from the sun or alternatively soak up the sun on the terrace. There are also places for children to have to fun too, with a playground providing a great place for them to let of steam and a separate section of the swimming pool ensuring they don’t miss out. Lastly for peace of mind during your stay you can always rent a safe deposit box from the reception and the friendly staff can also provide useful information on much of the attractions in the area to help you make the most of your stay.

Swimming pools

The apartments have a swimming pool surrounded by loungers, tables, chairs and parasols.

Eating and drinking

A range of snacks, alcoholic and soft drinks are available in the café. Plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants are available near to the apartments.

Accommodation

The apartments are spacious and simply furnished, sleeping up to four, with one-bedroom containing two single beds and one sofa-bed in the living area sleeping two. The apartments are equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom, a washing machine and a TV. A safe is also available (payable locally).

Please note: A breakage deposit of 100 euros must be paid upon arrival to the hotel. This will be refunded at the end of your stay upon satisfactory inspection of the room.

Key collection at the FOLIES VACANCES office (AVDA.AMETLLA DEL MAR, EDIF. LOIXMAR, LOCAL 7 BENIDORM) From 9AM-1:30PM & 4:30 PM-8PM. For arrivals outside of these hours there will be a note on the door of the same office with the key collection point.

Suitable for

Couples and families. Due to its location on a hill, the apartments are not suitable for the elderly and people with walking difficulties.
