The Picasso Apartments is a self-catering complex situated in Benidorm, Spain. Close to the beach and the Rincon de Loix resort, the 36 spacious apartments offer everything you’ll need to get the most from your stay.

The apartments will sleep up to four people, and come with bedrooms, bathroom, lounge area and kitchen. Guests can enjoy a private balcony, while the kitchens come fitted with an oven, fridge, microwave and coffee making facilities. The lounge features a two-person sofa-bed, and satellite television.

Other facilities at the Picasso Apartments include a front reception desk, elevators and free parking. Golf fanatics will also be delighted to know that the nearest full-size golf course can be found just 2 miles away.

THE KEY COLLECTION FOR THIS UNIT IS AT THE SAME APTS FROM 09:00 HRS TO 14:00 HRS AND FROM 16:00 HRS TILL 20:00 HRS AT THE RECEPTION FROM 17/11 - 25/03/2012. OUTSIDE THESE HOURS, ALL CLIENTS HAVE TO RING THE INTERCOM IN ORDER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE PORTER.

The Picasso Apartments offer self-catering style accommodation, leaving guests free to plan their own meals. Each apartment is fitted with a kitchen, and food can be bought from any of a number of shops and markets in the area.

The complex also features a bar, which serves a selection of snacks and light meals, as well as a variety of vending machines.

Of course, just outside the complex, guests can take advantage of a wide selection of restaurants and cafés in Benidorm itself, which serve everything from local tapas dishes to international cuisine.

Accommodation

All the apartments have a balcony and are suitable for up to 4 persons. All are equipped with a double bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. All of them come with bathroom and equipped kitchen with vitro ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, as well as all basic cooking utensils as standard. Also, there is TV with international channels (coin-operated).

Please note: A breakage deposit of 250 euros must be paid upon arrival to the hotel. This will be refunded at the end of your stay upon satisfactory inspection of the room.
