Overview

This property was built in 2009 and consists of 14 apartments. The building has a pool with jacuzzi and parking for one car per apartment.

Location

The apartments are located in the Punta Negra beach, clear water creek, which is \Marine Reserve of Cabo de San Antonio.\ Along the beach runs a promenade, ideal for a relaxing stroll to the city of Denia, 2.5 km. On your way you will find restaurants to sample the typical cuisine of the area.

Rooms

All apartments have three bedrooms, one double bed, one double room and a single room, fitted wardrobes in all rooms. They have two bathrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cooker, dining room and large covered terrace. They are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, wi-fi and TV.

Sport

Is also offered a motor boat and golf with additional charges. The hotel is in an ideal location for scuba diving and enjoy the seabed.

Meals

The hotel offers the ability for customers to hire the lunches and dinners, as they are according to various restaurants in Denia.

Notes

The keys are collected in the office on Calle Colon No 17. On arrival, guests will request a deposit per apartment to be returned on departure. Weekly maid service charges.
