Overview

The residential complex is made up of several apartment blocks. It comprises a total of 19 apartments, some with 1 bedroom which can sleep up to 4 people, and others with 2 bedrooms which can sleep up to 6 people. There is a reception desk and a bar.

Location

This apartment block is situated in a residential area of Torrevieja, just 10 minutes walking distance from the resort centre and the beach. The nearest supermarket is located 200 m away. A selection of bars and restaurants can also be found nearby. Alicante Airport is approximately 41 km from the hotel.

Rooms

All apartments are equipped with all the necessities needed for a pleasant stay. Apartments include: an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating, satellite/cable TV, stereo, an American-style kitchen, tea/coffee facilities, a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, ironing set, a safe (fees apply) and a balcony.

Sport

The complex offers a large garden with palm trees, two swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols and a children's paddling section. One of the swimming pools also has a bar. Please note however that for the second pool there is a charge.There is also a gym located nearby.

Notes

The reception desk does not provide 24-hour service. The opening hours are 10 to 14 and 16 to 19 hours Monday to Friday. On Saturday afternoons and Sunday all day the receptionn is closed. If you are going to arrive after these hours phone 0034965712586. A deposit will be required upon arrival.
