This is a complex with 6 10-storey buildings, facing Mar Menor and 5 buildings of the same height facing the Mediterranean Sea. Within the complex there are shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket open all year round. In the complex guests will find swimming pools (for residents of the area) and about 500 metres away in the El Zoco area there are entertainment venues.
