Overview
General
Has daily maid service (except kitchen) and change of linen every 3 days, self-service laundry, solarium, elevator, garage, 24 hour reception, newspapers, fax service, cafeteria, TV room and lounge meetings. All our facilities are designed for the disabled.
Location
Located in San Pedro del Pinatar, one of the tourist areas of the Region of Murcia's most important with 14 km of coastline. 8 km from Murcia Airport, 35 km from the city of Cartagena, 50 km from Murcia, 78 km from Alicante and only 500 meters from the Mar Menor where you can enjoy the beaches, the promenade and where they are variety of restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, bars, leisure, Marina Lo Pagán and many places where you can have fun and spend time.
The Mediterranean Sea is a 2 km.
Rooms
It consists of 35 apartments distributed as follows:
- 7 studios for 1 to 2 people with room - living room with two single beds or one double bed, kitchen and bathroom.
- 2 individual apartments for 1 to 3 people, with a single bed in bedroom and sofa bed in lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
- 23 apartments with 1 bedroom for 1 to 4 people with 2 single beds or 1 double, kitchen and bathroom.
- 3 2-bedroom apartments with capacity from 1 to 5 people with bedroom with 2 single beds, another bedroom with 1 single bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.
All of them equipped with:

-Tableware (cups, plates, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, tea towels, etc ...)
