The newly built complex offers a refreshing and comfortable atmosphere and is comprised of around 20 blocks with 15 apartments in each one, which includes privately owned apartments and all are well-equipped with self-catering facilities and feature large gardens. Some of the pleasant facilities available at the apartments include the large outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and you can find a golf course not far away. There is also a playground for younger guests and the reception/front desk can offer useful services such as laundry and bicycle rental.

The Vera Playa offers much to do during your stay with fabulous beaches to relax on and soak up the sun as well as opportunities to try some water sports. There are also plenty of shops and small supermarkets that offer all the essentials you need as well local crafts, souvenirs and clothing. If you are looking for places to eat there are several charming restaurants and bars to try great for either lunch or dinner with traditional snacks such as tapas and Mediterranean dishes to sample. A bit further afield you can find Garuccha, an old fishing village with a lovely promenade that makes for pretty walks and a great selection of fish restaurants; or about 4 miles away there is the larger mountain village of Mojacar full of arts and crafts and where you can find all the traditional hotels and commercial centres full of bars, shops, restaurants and clubs.

Swimming pools

There is a large swimming pool located close by within the attractive grounds and gardens of the complex and parasols and loungers are available if you are looking to soak up the sun. There is also a smaller separate swimming pool ideal for children nearby.

Eating and drinking

In addition to the excellent self-catering facilities provided in each apartment guests can also dine at the restaurant available on site, with a menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Accommodation

The many apartments at the Parque Vera complex are either one or two-bedroom and are spacious with separate a separate living area, kitchen and bathroom as well as featuring private green garden areas to relax in.

The kitchen area of each apartment has all you need for creating simple meals with an electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker.

All the apartments are air conditioned and have all the essential amenities including satellite TV, washing machine and a balcony from which you can see some great views over the sea.
