Cadiz is also famous for having one of the best carnivals in the world, where you can see many live performances from dancing, plays and the chirigotas, who perform comical musical pieces. Throughout the year the carnival atmosphere never fades as there are constantly various contests, rehearsals and public demonstrations making this one of the most memorable and lively places to visit for a holiday.
