The well-kept, modern apartment complex comprises a total of 220 apartments spread over 3 floors. Facilities include a foyer with a reception desk and lifts, a cosy restaurant and a bar. Younger guests may let off steam in the children's playground. A laundry service is on offer and it is possible to make use of the car park.

Location

This apartment complex lies on the Spanish Atlantic coast just across the promenade and the sand dunes from the wide, fine sandy beach. A shopping arcade with various shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and cinemas lies just 200 m away and links to the public transport network are also to be found here. The village of La Antilla is 1.5 km away whilst the nearest border crossing over into Portugal is a mere 20 km from the complex. Surrounded by wonderful pine and oak trees beside the long, idyllic beach, the complex's surroundings are ideal for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Faro international airport is 45 minutes' drive away and it is approximately 125 km to the centre of Seville.

Room

These tastefully furnished apartments offer en suite bathroom facilities with hairdryer, a combined living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a lounge featuring satellite/cable TV, central heating and a terrace or balcony offering wonderful, panoramic, side-on views out over the sea.

Sport

The large outdoor complex features a pleasant pool with a children's pool and guests are able to kick back and relax on the lush green area where exotic palms provide shade. There is a sun terrace where parasols and sun loungers have been laid out ready for use. The pool/snack bar lies within a short distance of the beach. Sports enthusiasts are offered 2 hard tennis courts and there is also a 27-hole golf course located in the near vicinity. Various water sports are on offer from local providers on the beach (additional charges apply).

Guests are able to dine in the restaurant or cater for themselves in the apartments.

Notes

The pool is open from May to September. The reception is closed at night and key collection is only and exclusively up to 9 pm. Clients arriving after this hour will not be able to access to the apartment and responsibility for damages caused will be assumed by the agency.

The town of Islantilla is quite a new town and has been well developed for tourism with most properties overlooking the coast or within a short walk. There are some fantastic walks along the promenade through the Islantilla dunes.
