Overview

Guests will be allocated accommodation at this establishment, Rioja or Tropicana Park apartments. There is a garage available for those arriving by car (charges apply).

Location

All apartments are situated between about 200 m and 400 m from the sandy beach at Playa de Gandía are and 4km the town of Gandia. Valencia Airport is about 75 km away.

Rooms

All apartments comprise 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a kitchen with a washing machine, an oven, a microwave and a balcony. Clients can hire a TV (local charge).

Sport

All buildings feature a swimming pool and a tennis court. Nearby, clients can find restaurants, bars, discos and more.

Notes

The apartments have no reception area so guests are required to collect their keys at the pick-up point indicated on the voucher. A deposit of approximately 150 EUR will be required on arrival and refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked. During high season/bank holidays, the deposit will be from 300 to 600 EUR per apartment according to the owner's conditions. Guests under 30 years of age will be not permitted during the Easter period. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, bed linen and small towels.
