Overview

The apartments sleep either 4/5 or 6/7 and guests will be allocated accommodation in one of several different apartment complexes.

Location

All apartments are situated between about 200 m and 400 m from the sandy beach at Playa de Gandia. In the near vicinity clients can find restaurants, bars, a disco, etc. The town of Gandia is some 4 km away and Valencia Airport is about 75 km away.

Rooms

All apartments have 2 bedrooms (the 3-bedroom apartments accommodate 6/7), a living room with a sofa bed and a fully fitted bathroom (the 3-bedroom apartments come with an extra bathroom with a shower). A kitchen with a washing machine, a microwave and a balcony is also included as standard. Clients can hire a TV (local charge).

Sport

All complexes feature an outdoor swimming pool.

Notes

The apartments have no reception area so guests are required to collect their keys at the pick-up point indicated in the voucher. A deposit of approximately 150 EUR will be required on arrival and refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked. During high season/bank holidays, the deposit will be from 300 to 600 EUR per apartment, according to the owner's conditions. Guests under 30 years of age will be not permitted during the Easter period. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, bed linen and small towels.
