Fuengirola Holidays

Fuengirola holidays uncovered - insider tips

Whether you’re after a holiday to Fuengirola that offers plenty of sun worshipping on the beach or an evening of late bars, pubs and nightclubs, lowcostholidays.com’s insider tips will help you discover your perfect holiday experience.

Spectacular nights out

If you like to sample the local nightlife and have a night out to remember, then Fuengirola is definitely for you with all your evening entertainment located close to the town centre.

The London Pub stays open till 4am and is ideally located next to a taxi rank. For those who like their clubs themed head to The Beetle Bar with a Beetle car DJ booth. Why not check out the cool décor in Aqualum, or for the serious clubber head to The Funk Club Funk offering big beats and a place to dance until the sun comes up.

Hidden Gems

If you’re after some time away from the beach, head to the Fuengirola zoo where you can arrange a tour around the complex, check out the animals, let the kids loose on the playgrounds or grab something to eat at one of the themed restaurants. We recommend the bats enclosure and the “moonlight visit”. Just 8.50 Euros for adults, senior citizens and kids up to 12 pay 6 Euros and under 4’s go free.

How’s the shopping?

If you’re in to shopping, head to Plaza de la Consitucion; the main square littered with designer shops, boutiques and stores. Some of the designer boutiques are overpriced, so you may prefer to hit some of the stores you may be familiar with such as Benetton, Zara and Pull & Bear.

Shopaholics, don’t stress the Miramar shopping centre will hit the spot!

Where can I get a burger?

There’s something to suit all tastes in Fuengirola, with Moroccan, Indian, Italian, local and international dishes; vegetarians even get their own restaurant “Vegetalia”. Prices are reasonable and vary depending on whether you have a slap up meal or a fast food snack. If you’re on a budget you can get away with paying 5-10 Euros each, which is a bargain!
