Built in the year 2000, the complex offers 4 apartments comprising 1 and 2 double bedrooms spread over 3 floors.

Location

This new building of apartments is located in the centre of Nerja, within a few minutes' walking distance of the famous \Balcon de Europa\ as well as the \Salón\ and \Calahonda\ beaches. A range of dining and shopping facilities and more can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Rooms

The apartments all feature high quality furnishings and attractive décor to make guests' stay as pleasant as possible. They each have 1 or 2 double bedrooms, a fully fitted bathroom with hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge etc, as well as a large lounge/dining room with a TV and sofa bed to accommodate 1 or 2 additional persons. Individually adjustable air conditioning and heating is available in all the rooms and the lounge. The apartments also offer tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, king-size bed and a balcony or terrace as standard.
