The air-conditioned hotel was renovated in 2004 and consists of a total of 6 apartments. Car parking facilities are available. The hotel also possesses a charming, spacious garden.

This apartment complex is located directly in the tourist centre. There are scores of shops and restaurants right near the hotel and the renowned Balcon de Europa, bars, pubs and nightclubs are all just a short walk away. It is 200 m to the magnificent beach and to the sea. Public transport links are to be found a mere 300 m away.

The bright, welcoming rooms come with an en suite bathroom. They are also fitted with satellite/cable TV, a food preparation area, a minibar, a fridge and a lounge area. The rooms are centrally heated.

The hotel possesses its own sun loungers, parasols and a solarium. There are additional sun loungers and parasols on the stony, shingle and sandy beach.
