The Plaza Cavana Hotel is in the heart of Nerja on the Costa Del Sol, next to the famous Balcon de Europa and amongst the shopping and leisure facilities in town. The spectacular Nerja caves, which are two miles from the centre of town, are well worth a visit and you will find all major water sports including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing on the fabulous beaches in the area.

The hotel was expanded in 2004 and now has a total of 39 guestrooms and plenty of facilities including a restaurant, coffee bar and snack bar for all your food and refreshment requirements, an indoor and an outdoor pool, a fitness area, Jacuzzi and sauna, a TV room and a free Wi-Fi area.

The Plaza Cavana Hotel has an outdoor rooftop swimming pool and an unheated indoor pool.

Eating and drinking

The hotel coffee bar is in the lobby and is decorated in an old English style. Here you can watch sporting events on the large screen TV, enjoy a wide selection of cocktails, tea, coffee and wine. You can also connect to the internet for free with your own laptop. In summer the poolside snack bar is the ideal spot to hang out. Listen to chill out music, sunbathe on a comfortable lounge chair and enjoy the spectacular views of the village, the sea and the mountains. Finally, at the hotel restaurant, you can try typical tapas dishes or specialities such as fondue accompanied by great wines and deserts.
