El Balneario offers 6 different springs: Chloral, bi-carbonated, sodium-calcite, ferrous, carbonated and magnesium. The hotel offers 57 rooms in total spread over four floors. A hotel safe, café, bar, games room, TV room and a restaurant also feature. Internet access is available, as is a laundry service. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.

Rooms
The rooms are fully air-conditioned, opening onto a verandah leading to the central patio. These features combined with the décor make the rooms a veritable invitation to relax. An outdoor thermal circuit is also available, depending on the weather.
