The Jardin Del Atlantico Apartments are in a great location just 300 metres from Playa del Ingles beach and directly in front of the Aguila Roja shopping centre (otherwise known as The Irish Centre) which is almost completely full of Irish bars and is a popular nightlife spot, especially with young British tourists.

The Apartments Lara are on a hilltop about a mile and a half from the beach and the centre of Puerto Rico, but only five minutes walk from the Europa shopping and entertainment complex. The hillside properties around Puerto Rico enjoy great views of the resort centre, especially at night when the marina is lit up. For a quick route down to the beach and town, guests will find a bus stop and taxi rank outside the complex.

The Lara has a total of 44 apartments, all of which have a kitchenette and a terrace or balcony. The Lara forms part of a small complex together with the Nido Del Aguila Apartments and between them they have a swimming pool, a children's pool, a poolside bar and a restaurant as well as currency exchange facilities and a mini market.
