Overview

Newly renovated this complex has 40 apartments, double and single. The reception is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00 with a special check-in outside these hours. The complex has a pool bar that serves tasty meals and a la carte cuisine. The pool is heated between the months of November to March.

Location

Located in the tourist area of Patalavaca, a privileged enclave, with excellent views over the sea and port Anfi. Guest may fin at 50 meters the supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and bars with evening entertainment. The beach is located at 250 meters distance. The bus stops for Las Palmas or to Puerto Rico-Mogan are only about 100 meters away.

Rooms

The rooms have a living room-kitchen, a separate bathroom, bedroom and all have a terrace. All apartments have air conditioning, with an extra cost guests can enjoy this service.

Sport

Approximately two kilometers away is Puerto Rico, a major center of water activities, where you can enjoy windsurfing, sailing, catamaran sailing, jet skiing, diving, pedalo, water skiing, canoeing and boat trips.
