Overview

Palmera is a small, older apartment complex consisting of 17 apartments over 5 floors (no elevator) in Patalavaca. All the apartments enjoy fantastic sea views over the Patalavaca bay. Afternoon sun.

The 2 room apartments have a separate bedroom, bathroom/wc, living room with sofa and armchair. Open kitchen area with small fridge, basic kitchen equipment and coffee maker. The one room apartments are equally equipped as the two room apartments except for the separate bedroom. All the one room apartments are situated by the swimming pool. There are two room apartments are situated both over and under the pool level.

Reception service and key collection upon arrival are at the well known Villa del Mar, 300 m from Palmera. Palmera's guests are welcome to use the mini market, pool bar and the heated swimming pool (nov-mar) at Villa del Mar. Cleaning 1 day/week, change of towels 1 day/week, the change of linen 1 day/week.
