Overview

This luxury hotel was built in 1890 and renovated in 2005. It comprises a total of 202 rooms spread over 4 floors. Amongst the first-class facilities featured are a spacious lobby area, a spa centre, bars, public Internet terminal, WLAN Internet access, conference rooms and 2 restaurants. There is also a room service and a laundry service as well as car parking facilities and a garage. Finally, there is 1,000 m² of beautifully-kept gardens surrounding the hotel.

Location

Lying at the heart of Doramas Park, this first-class hotel is situated at the centre of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and offers its guests fabulous views out over the surrounding garden complex and the sea. It is 20 minutes walk to the Triana and Mesa y López shopping streets as well as to the marina and the nearest beach is just approximately 3 km away. The airport is 25 km away.

The comfortable, colonial-style rooms come with a marble bathroom, a hairdryer, telephone, satellite/ cable TV, Internet access, a minibar, air conditioning, a safe (included in the room price) and Canary Island style balconies and terraces.

Sport

A freshwater swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols is to be found in the garden complex. There is also a spa centre (access to those aged 16 and over, spa treatments come at an additional price) with sauna, a Turkish bath, hot tub, a gym and paddle tennis facilities. Golfers are entitled to a reduction on green fees at the El Cortijo en Telde course (not owned by the hotel).

Meals

Breakfast is on offer every morning; guests may serve themselves at the breakfast buffet. Midday and evening meals may be chosen from the sublime menu. It is possible to book either a half-board or an all-inclusive stay.
