The building was built in 1986, completely renovated in the year 2000 ad comprises a total of 130 apartments. Facilities on the complex include a 24-hour reception desk, a small supermarket, a cosy bar, a restaurant, car parking facilities and playground.
This attractive apartment complex is located at the heart of Sonnenland, above the link road between Puerto Rico and Playa del Inglés. An array of shops and entertainment attractions are located in the immediate vicinity. Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas with its wonderful beaches can easily be reached by making use of public transport, lying just 3 km away. There is a public bus stop to be found directly in front of the hotel (100 m away).
In the outdoor complex are 2 freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pools, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In addition, there is a solarium, table tennis and billiards/ snooker tables available for use.
There is a fine buffet available at breakfast and in the evenings. It is possible to book a half board stay.
