The aparthotel has a high volume of repeat clientele due to the family environment and close contact with staff. It has a 24-hour reception, restaurant, pool bar, and a stairway that gives guests direct access to the ocean. The apartments are located about 200 metres from the main building (hotel) and have been recently renovated. The rooms are lift accessible and there is a TV lounge for guests to use in their free time. Internet access is also provided.
In an excellent location in the Puerto Deportivo de Mogán, the aparthotel has been built practically on the sea and just 200 metres from the Playa de Mogán beach. Within a diameter of 400 metres there are all sorts of restaurants, bars and shops. Links to the public transport network are on the aparthotel's doorstep and Gran Canaria Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 40 km.
The very quiet and bright rooms come with a terrace or balcony and exceptional views to the marina or the ocean. They have individually regulated air conditioning, satellite TV, a telephone, a minibar and a safe (with charge). The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath and hairdryer.
The hotel offers a spa with massage room (fees apply), a heated swimming pool and a children's swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the sun terrace for use. The hotel has a diving centre (Diving Atlantik), which organises the Fotosub Costa Mogán contest. At the reception clients can book travel services such as submarine rides, catamaran sailing, diving, pedal boating and jet skiing (fees apply to all). Fishing is another option. Additional facilities include a hot tub and pool/snooker (both for a fee). Golfers may like to visit Tauro Golf, which is some 12 km from the hotel. Sun loungers may be hired on the nearby sandy beach.
