The modern Altamadores Apartments are on a hillside, overlooking Amadores Beach. The Europa shopping centre which has a wide variety of shops and entertainment is less than a mile away. There is a public bus service going to Amadores beach, half a mile away and Puerto Rico beach, 1.5 miles away. There is a 9-hole golf course within 1 mile of the property.

Swimming Pools

The apartments have a heated swimming pool and a children`s pool.There are two areas with free sun beds and parasols, one is around the swimming pool next to the children's area, the restaurant and the snack bar. The other quieter solarium is 25 metres away from the pool and has incredible sea views and direct access to the restaurant.

Eating And Drinking

The complex has a restaurant near the swimming pool which also doubles as a snack bar. There are nice views from the terrace and a number of national and international wines and cocktails are served.

The apartments operate an All Inclusive option which includes buffet style breakfast between 9.30am and 10.30am, snack bar lunch from 11am to 5pm and dinner in the restaurant, buffet style, from 6.30pm to 9pm. Themed dinners are available 3 times a week (Italian, Canarian and Asiatic). At lunch beers, wine and soft drinks are served and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available from 11am to 11pm.

The property has 90 one bedroom apartments with terraces and pleasant views. The resort of Puerto Rico is especially popular with families who enjoy the year round warm whether and the child friendly facilities. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy reach and there are two public lidos surrounded by gardens for those wanting a break from the sometimes busy beach. Also included for all inclusive guests is entertainment in the daytime and evenings (six times a week), professional shows at least 3 times a week and a miniclub for children between 4.30pm and 5.30pm six times a week.
