Overview

The apartment complex Monte Rojo is situated 500 m from the beach in San Agustin, Gran Canaria. The apartments are located at a certain distance from the reception and swimming pool in an area with stairs and local traffic. Reception with limited opening hours, internet (extra charge), mini market, garden with pool area and sun terrace (heated pool nov-mar, around 22 degrees). Bar and a la carte restaurant open all days except wednesdays. No elevator. Basic apartments with bathroom/shower, kitchenette with fridge and basic equipment, TV and balcony or terrace.

Cleaning 5 days/week, long term guests 3 days/week.

Peaceful San Augustin Getaways

The small resort of San Agustin is located on the south east coast of Gran Canaria; a favourite with those who wish to enjoy a quieter holiday than those going to the bustling resorts of Maspalomas or Playa del Ingles. There is a good choice of three, four and five star hotels in San Agustin, so a holiday to suit any budget is possible.

San Agustin nightlife is low key and either based in one of the hotels, at one of the fine restaurants or in one of the two Casinos in San Agustin. Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles both offer an enormous array of beach activities, shops, eateries and night clubs which are not far away, with many hotels in San Agustin offering taxi facilities for their guests. Not far from San Agustin is the very popular Aqualand water park with over 30 slides, a theme park with great rides and a go-karting track.
