This family-run apartment hotel, situated in Es Caná, offers guests a total of 35 comfortable apartments and studios spread over 4 floors. The kitchens have been fully renovated in 2007. This establishment offers the only English-style pub in the area, with a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift, a cafe, a mini supermarket, a bar, a pub and a restaurant. There is a playground on hand for younger guests.

These apartments are situated in the well-known tourist area of Es Caná, approximately 2 km from the famous Hippy Market at Punta Arabí. Guests will find the sandy beach as well as restaurants, bars, links to the public transport network and shopping venues in the direct vicinity of the hotel. It is around 25 km to Ibiza airport.

The hotel features 2 outdoor swimming pools with a children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar as well as sun loungers and parasols. At Cala Martina beach, situated approximately 300 m from the complex, guests will find a wide selection of water sports on offer. For an additional fee, guests may enjoy a game of billiards and there are sun loungers and parasols available for hire on the sandy beach.
