The Blue Sea Costa Teguise Beach (formerly Punta Jabillo Apartments) is a low-key modern complex facing a rocky shoreline in a cul-de-sac off the popular tourist boulevard and approximately 15 minutes from Arrecife. The long curving sandy Jablillo beach is just 10 metres away, though the main beach of Cucharas is approximately 600 metres away. A good selection of restaurants, bars and shops can be found around this popular resort.

With its brilliant central location on the island of Lanzarote, these modern 3-star apartments are an ideal choice for families looking to explore the many attractions this popular tourist destination offers. Set in large and well maintained grounds the Blue Sea Costa Teguise Beach Apartments (previously Punta Jablillo) offers spacious self-catering accommodation with its 114 apartments/studios that occupy low white washed buildings that are typical of the island. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere provide a wonderful way to enjoy your stay, with two large outdoor swimming pools as well as activities nearby including water sports and several golf courses. There are also tennis courts onsite for when you feel like being a bit more active and to help ensure there is a never a dull moment during your stay .

Swimming pools

The complex has two outdoor swimming pools that include a separate pool for children; it is complete with a sun terrace and sunbeds/loungers that can be provided for a small fee to help you make the most of the sun.

Eating and drinking

There is also the main bar open most of the day and the evening providing a great place to relax and take a break from the sun while enjoying the wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and also a pool bar serving cool drinks and refreshments to help keep you going while under the sun.

ALL INCLUSIVE

The all inclusive programme includes food and drink from 8am until the close of the bar at 10pm.

In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can enjoy a variety of snacks in the pool bar from 1pm until 3pm and sandwiches throughout the day.

Drinks are available from the bar from 10am until 10pm.

All Inclusive guests will be identified by a coloured bracelet which, according to colour, will define the type of service available depending on age and the conditions of booking. You must be wearing your bracelet in order to be able to use the all inclusive facilities.

Accommodation

Set in two or three-storey villa style building with white facades and a balcony, the 114 apartments and studios all feature either one or two bedrooms making them suitable for two to four people each. Each of the apartments provides plenty of space with a lounge/living area, kitchenette and private bathroom. The one-bedroomed apartments reach up to 40 metres squared, while the two-bedroom apartments reach up to 63 metres squared. There are a range of modern amenities including: – telephone – safe deposit box (small fee) – sofa bed – fridge – coffee/tea maker – cooking utensils/dishware. Certain amenities may be payabe locally.

Please note: irons, toasters, kettles and heaters are provided on a rental basis for €8.00 per week.
