Renovated fully this complex has 58 apartments with 1bedroom. The decor is modern and welcoming. The reception offers currency exchange and internet service payment, besides a minimarket. There self-service laundry.
This apartment complex is located in the urbanisation of Matagorda, one of the quietest areas Puerto del Carmen just 5min away from downtown by car. At 250m is the beach and a quiet lane with bike ride to Playa Honda as well as a commercial center with shops, bars and restaurant. The bus stop is at 400m.
The apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, toaster, electrical fires and living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with hair dryer. Direct telephone, safe and pay TV. All apartments have a balcony or terrace with a clothes horse.
The complex has a squash, with the payment you will receive rackets and balls. In the swimming pool area surrounded by palm trees there are loungers and umbrellas, snooker and a pool bar with TV.
