The apartment complex was completely renovated in 2000. It offers a total of 64 apartments spread over a 2-storey complex. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, a currency exchange desk as well as a TV room and restaurant. This apartment complex is located in a peaceful area of Puerto del Carmen, the beach paradise in the south of Lanzarote.
