The large complex consists of 2 floors with a total of 220 apartments. Guests are offered a beautiful large garden and pool area, a substantial lobby with a 24-hour reception. In addition, it offers a games room, a TV room, a small supermarket, a cosy bar, a pub and an air-conditioned restaurant. Further facilities include Internet access (for an added fee) as well as laundry services. In addition a kids club and a children's playground available for use.
This apartment complex is situated in a quiet location right in the centre of Playa Blanca and is just 400 metres from the nearest beautiful sandy beach, Playa Dorada. The lively promenade and the town centre, with numerous shopping and entertainment venues, are only 1 km away. There is a bus stop directly in front of the complex (100 m away) and a worthwhile excursion includes Papagayo beach, which is only 5 km from the complex.
In the grounds, guests will find 2 pools (partially heated) with a children's pool, a snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests also have the option of using the complex's own indoor swimming pool, the gym and solarium. Sport enthusiasts may enjoy a game of table tennis and archery as well as snooker, tennis and mountain biking (for an additional fee). For guests' amusement the complex has an entertainment programme.
