Playa Chica beach and the centre of Puerto Del Carmen is about two thirds of a mile from the Balcon Del Mar Apartments and there are a selection of shops, bars and restaurants within a 100 metre radius of the complex.

Accommodation is simple but fantastic value for money, with a small kitchenette and a balcony or terrace in each room. The complex has a swimming pool which is surrounded by loungers and there is a poolside snack bar for refreshments, snacks and light meals. The Balcon Del Mar Apartments are set on a hillside in the older part of the resort. There are a selection of shops, bars and restaurants within 50 metres and plenty more in the resort centre which is approximately two thirds of a mile away. Playa Chica beach is a similar distance from the complex.
